@ms_ayjay is a Television Presenter, Producer and Production consultant/Fixer with over 6 years of experience producing distinctive content that has aired locally and internationally. She is currently one of the producers of TV shows such as “The Sauce” and “Red on Red” which both air on UBA’s Red TV and as a production consultant, She has worked locally on international documentaries for Television stations in Dallas; Texas, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
She is also a Dancer and choreographer who recently after a long hiatus reconnected with her dancing roots and now teaches Afro-hiphop classes to kids in collaboration with top dance studio: Vals – The dance studio.
Prior to March 2016, She was the presenter and co-producer of Popular Lunch Hour TV show “Entertainment Splash” on One of Nigeria’s Leading National TV Station’s -Television Continental (TVC) which had a viewing and followership of over 7 million viewers nationwide; this attracted her a nomination for TV Presenter of the year at the Exquisite Lady of the Year (ELOY) awards in 2014. Before that she was an entertainment presenter and producer on “The Breakfast Show” which aired on HITV and Sky 204 in the UK from 2011 to 2012.
She has hosted and Produced coverage of major red carpet events which include: Sax Appeal 2016, UBA CEO Awards 2016, BON Awards 2014, “Rip the Runway” music and fashion event 2014, The Lagos Countdown 2013 (red carpet LIVE), The Headies Awards (popularly known as the Nigerian Grammys) 2011, 2012, 2015 (red carpet LIVE), The “Rise Raise and Give” charity event 2013, to mention a few; as well as various musical, comedy, awards and fashion shows in Nigeria.
She often describes herself as a very warm, homely, family person despite the nature of her job and ascribes her very strong personality and work ethics to her mother’s training. Her hobbies are singing, dancing, swimming, reading novels and watching movies.
